Avessari is a clothing label for women and men. The collection is small and grows deliberately, focused on lightweight, easy-to-wear pieces rather than a large catalog.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a Size Chart link next to the size selector. It shows the measurements for that piece and includes a size finder that suggests a size from your own measurements. If a size does not fit, it can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery while stock lasts.
Are the photos of the actual product?
Yes. The photographs on each product page show the piece you receive, including detail and back views where available.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $4.99.
How long will my order take?
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, and transit within the United States typically takes 2–12 business days depending on location, so about 3–14 business days in total. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the next business day.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed to the address used at checkout once the order ships. Allow a little time after that email for the carrier's tracking to begin updating.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags attached. There is no restocking fee. Please contact us at info@avessari.com before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return costs when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is damaged in transit. For returns due to fit, size choice or a change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once a return arrives it is checked against the return policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and are initiated within 7 business days of the return being received. A bank or card issuer may need additional time after that for the funds to appear. We email you once the refund has been processed.
